New York City office seeks junior to mid-level attorney having 2-6 years of broad based commercial litigation experience.
This large law firm’s practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate, litigation and intellectual property services. Attorneys regularly represent private companies, ranging from domestic start-ups to multi-national Fortune 100 companies that are involved in the high technology, life sciences and consumer products industries. They also represent investment banks, venture capital funds and other financial institutions. This newly established New York office, however, primarily serves the rapidly growing base of high technology and venture capital communities in the North Atlantic region.
